Professional Competencies

Requirements

Analytic capacity of legal issues

Writing three term essays which meet the review standards of the Graduate Division

Ability to write legal essays

Presenting at least one paper at peer-reviewed conferences or academic journals

Ability to command professional foreign languages

The bibliography listed in the graduation dissertation must contain at least twenty foreign references, among which the primary five references must each of them be cited more than three times, and the content of citation must show substantive reference. The above rule does not apply if the topic of the dissertation relates to no foreign reference, as endorsed by supervisor’s written statement and approved by the head of the Law Department.
